Packed close to the source.
Tea starts to change once it is processed and exposed to air. That’s why we pack close to the source, rather than shipping loose processed tea to Europe, America or Australia before packing it.
It also means fewer intermediate journeys: the finished tea is packed and protected before it begins its journey to you.
Packed to stay fresh.
Our loose-leaf teas are sealed in tin canisters. Our tea sachets are individually wrapped to protect them from air, moisture and handling until you're ready to make a cup.
