1. Dispatch Centre & Couriers
All online orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We ship with the best-suited carrier depending on the destination (currently PostNL, DPD, DHL, and UPS).
2. Processing Times, Delivery & Rates
- Order cut-off: Orders placed by 23:45 CET/CEST are processed the next working day.
- Tracking: A track-and-trace link will be emailed once your order is handed to the courier.
- Typical delivery: Within the EU, delivery usually takes 5–7 working days after dispatch.

VAT (EU Customers)
Per the EU VAT e-commerce rules (effective 1 July 2021), orders shipped within the EU are charged the VAT rate of your country of residence. Final prices update at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
3. Delivery Restrictions
We do not ship to hotels, PO Boxes, military, or other restricted/protected addresses.
4. Delivery Remarks
- One delivery address per order.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, rerouting charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Shipping fees cover delivery only. Any duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities are payable by the recipient.
- All cross-border shipments may be subject to customs inspection.
5. Custom Clearance
We comply with destination-country regulations. Delays caused by customs or local authorities are beyond our control.
6. Enquiry
If your order arrives wrong or damaged, or you have questions about your delivery, email shoponline@or-tea.com with your order number (and photos if applicable) for faster assistance.
7. Delivery Matters
If tracking shows “Returning to Sender”, contact us immediately and check your shipping address in the order confirmation. Common reasons include:
- Delivery attempted but unclaimed
- Incomplete or incorrect address
- Refused delivery (please contact us first if you intend to refuse a parcel for a refund)
- Rare courier-side issues
We will refund the product value once the parcel is received back at our warehouse and processed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
⚠️ Important: If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or accepted by the customer, a fixed handling fee of €10 will be deducted from the refund to cover return and processing costs.
