Order & Payment

All consumer orders must be paid in full at checkout. Your order will be processed once payment is received.

Ownership of Good

Products remain the property of Or Tea? Europe BV until full payment is received.

Returns & Refunds

You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer rights. Returns must be reported in advance through our customer service team.

For hygiene reasons, opened tea products cannot be returned, unless defective or incorrect.

Unclaimed Parcels / Failed Delivery

If a parcel is sent to a pickup point because the customer was not at home, it must be collected within the carrier’s stated timeframe.

If the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, the following apply:

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Outbound shipping costs (including originally “free” shipping) will be deducted.
  • The parcel can be resent on request, with new shipping charges applied.

Unclaimed parcels are not considered defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 5 working days. We will replace or refund the affected items.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the return policy applies.

Governing Law

All consumer purchases are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be handled by the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
