STANDARD B2B SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Minimum Order

Orders must reach a minimum net value of €150 (excl. VAT). Orders below this amount will not be processed.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms are based on the pre-agreement established with each customer. The agreed conditions will be stated on the quotation or invoice.

3. Late Payment

In the event of non-payment by the due date, Or Tea? Europe B.V. reserves the right to charge statutory interest and reasonable collection costs. Orders may be suspended until payment is received.

4. Claims

Claims regarding delivered goods must be submitted in writing within 8 days of receipt. Returns will only be accepted if authorized in advance by Or Tea?.

5. Governing Law

All contractual relations are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
